To provide the best possible customer service all our lamps come with our generous ‘no quibble’ guarantee. In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within its guarantee period, or you are not entirely satisfied with your lamp, we will happily replace it with a new one or refund it.

 

TEKLAMPS –  All TEKLAMPS compatible replacement projector lamps are covered by a 120-day guarantee period.

VIVID –  All VIVID Genuine Inside replacement projector lamps are covered by a 180-day guarantee period.

 

Faulty or Damaged Lamp?

If you wish to return a lamp back to us, whatever the reason, you must contact us and request a RMA number.

The quickest method is via email. Please quote your order number or invoice number, and full explanation of the issue you have with your lamp. If you wish to claim for a replacement due to a fault or fitting problem please include any photographs as this can help us identify the problem.

Your original invoice acts as your guarantee so please make sure you keep it safe. We don’t cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If your return has been approved you will be issued a RMA number. If your return has not been approved we will email you the reason for the refusal.

Any claim for defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and all complete accessories, instruction manuals and, wherever possible, in the original packaging.

 

Ordered in error or changed your mind?

With our ‘no-quibble’ guarantee you can return any unwanted projector lamp. Again, you must request a RMA authorisation number before you return anything. The lamp must be in an 'as new' condition (unused and resalable), including all packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please note, some products may carry a re-stocking fee (possibly because the lamp was ordered in special). We also reserve the right to inspect returned goods prior to a refund being completed.

 

Incorrect product supplied?

We work hard to ensure the right product is shipped to you but in the event that an incorrect item is shipped we will credit the item in full once returned. Please consult with our sales team before ordering a replacement to ensure that we do not repeat the error.

 

If goods are being returned by post, return postage charges must be met by the Customer. We may refuse the return of an item if it is not accompanied by a RMA number. Any returns authorisation number must be clearly displayed on the return packaging and we ask all reasonable care is taken to ensure the goods are suitably packaged. We also would suggest a proof of postage is obtained when returning goods to us.

 

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
